Great Gym with best quality equipments and very good cardio equipments. They charge extra for the usage of cardio equipments but the monthly fee is affordable. Trainers are not dependable but its one of the best gyms in this locality.

One of the gyms providing quality training machines combined with saving our purse... The rates are as follow :- 1. Cardio + weight = 750 rs 2. Only cardio = 600 rs 3. Only weight = 500 rs At the time of joining, we need to pay a advance of 500 rs. One of the special things is you have vast space to do ground exercise.

Most spacious gymnasium in and around kalamassery, good lighting and natural ventilation. Sufficient space for ground exercises too. Sufficient equipments and weights of good quality. The gym is a relatively new one.

Its good for people who are motivate, the instructor dint help me much.. He was bsy with his own things.. I went there for some days , i do some warm up and come home, eventually lost motivation
