Purchased a salwar suit of Rs. 8999 at Dr. A. S. Rao Nagar branch and the quality is very poor. Not worth the cost definitely. This is my first time purchase at Soch and will never shop again or recommend to any one. I'd have purchased in Reliance (I'm currently using) and would have got nearly 4-5 pairs at this cost which are better in quality.
Had bad experience in the billing on 21st sep at AS Rao nagar.Money got debited from my account and again store manager said they did not receive and asked me to pay to his Phone pay and said I will receive my money back in 24 hrs and it's been 9 days I haven't received inspite of visiting the showroom regularly and they do not care to call back and update the status and when I call they won't pick and say that they haven't seen the call and mobile was in drawer. Hope this will reach the higher management and refund my money.
Sales girl has recommended their tailor, we believed her and gave for stiching but the tailor Sai from Vanaja boutique was not professional and the stiching and service was worst. Please don't recommend unprofessional tailor, if you don't have tailor upfront tell that but don't fool the customer. Very disappointed by Soch and their recommended tailor.
I bought leggings in sale and they were ok .. demoza leggings are best. Dresses doesnt fit for short and less shoulder length women
Great number of varieties in women's clothing and patient staff! Should allow redeeming of multiple gift vouchers together instead of limiting redeeming of one voucher for one purchase!
