Very less selection of salwar set and available once we're too expensive.

I recently had a disappointing experience with this store. I purchased 3 set of leggings, but they got damaged just after second use. Not only one both got damaged.The store offered to exchange the leggings, but unfortunately, there is nothing else in the store that I need or want, and there are no other options for leggings that meet my needs. They are now pushing me to select a different product, which I do not want at all. I've tried to request a refund, but they are refusing that as an option. As a customer, I feel unsupported and undervalued by the store's poor customer service. I would recommend looking elsewhere for leggings that are more durable and come with better customer support.

Nice collection. Clothes are generally a bit on the expensive side but the quality and selection is good. Friendly and helpful staff and the alternation was done quickly.

Small but big...!! A lot of veriety of collections in just a small area. 'Soch' being a brand, costs slightly higher. But quality products indeed. Nice and very friendly sales personnel. Worth a visit for all ladies around Kannur.
