Some 300 odd flats in 2 towers inside 5 acres.. Approximately 700 meters from upcoming Airport line METRO , Yelahanka station.20 kms to Airport. Best location. Flats are medium sized. But with good ventillation
Very bad society.. especially B-block people are very rude and cheap bad.. they don't have basic etiquettes and don't know how to behave normally with human beings they think they're gods and goddesses and force others and expect others to touch their feet.. Thank God I'm not a part of this filthy society.. I'll never visit this place again. B-block sucks... fake people with fake moral ethics.. action should be taken. Extremely narcissistic and self-obsessed residents shouldn't be tolerated and should be expelled. Help of the local authorities must be taken.

Great location, with airport metro line coming up. Smaller apartment complex but facilities per number of flats is good. Hence the facilities are usable/ functional.

This project is not upto the expectations. It is delayed over a year & now being delivered. There are many flaws in the design. the location of the clubhouse is at the entrance, with absolutely no privacy for the users. There are no Palm trees planted to date despite the fact that the project is named Palm Court. The sales & marketing staff very evasive. the finance team are worst than loan sharks out to skim you.. The list is endless...
We went to see the sales person Mr Raj from Shobha was informed a week before and assured we can see the flat, but when we went to see yesterday there was no one and no keys inspite of 45 mins wait wasting our time . This experience is unexpected from Shobha
