The best eye hospital in Udumalpet. Very experienced and qualified doctor, this hospital provides best eye consulting and cataract surgery. I had an issue with the insurance, hospital manager Mr.Vibin continuously followed up and provided the updates frequently. Thank you very much for taking care of patients and appreciate the effort you spend to resolve patients concerns.

Worst experience for me hospital staffs rude andi ncapable of handling patients. No option for zero star. I fixed appointment on yesterday 2nd June 23, went today 3rd June 23 morning at 10am just noting the names at that time and saying very cool who comes first they written as per that, what the use of calling them previous day for time slot. Useless staffs. SNR hospital will degrade because of their staff behavior Your staff throw paper at desk, I am asking write my father name without spelling mistakes. thet put the card for my father and its simply in the table more than halfen hour and asking them saying card taken inside kindly wait, it was lying in the reception table till I am asking them. If your saying we won't give time slot ,then why are you giving false commitments to patients.

The doctor consult was too good I satisfied about consults .I had a surgery already for keratoconus that was too good .But the front desk person behave harsh with patients and I worried about front desk person

Again faced same problem with front desk. They are untrained and don't know how to address different patients. I went to show my 2 years old baby for an eye infection. First itself, I asked how long will it take, they told it's a baby so just 2 minutes. I asked the staff again how long will it take as my baby is restless and hungry, no proper reply. We went there by 12:30 pm and came out of the hospital by 2 pm with lot of messy things with payment issue and other things, had a quarrel also for 1 rs, which is negligible but the behavior of the staff made me to quarrel, worst experience. I think you have addressed with your staff, there is no need for us to post a review since we have addressed a worst situation than any other hospitals.When we are called, the child want to go to bathroom that I informed to the staff also. Second, since some first aid we have taken for the child, the second day we came that is our personal. There is no need for us to quarrel with some unknown person. Anyhow, continue with your endeavors

This is by far the best hospital for eye care based on our family's experience. Only issue is, the front desk has to do a better job with the timings as we have had multiple experiences which are bitter. I called for an appointment for a routine check up on Wednesday, 20th July and the appointment was given for Friday. It was informed that I'll have to confirm again on Friday. I visited personally on Friday (today) morning around 9 and confirmed on our appointment. The time slot given was 11:30am We arrived by 11:30, informed the front desk and they asked us to wait. And there it starts, We waited We waited and We waited till 1:30 and upon going to the desk again, finally they took my grandma for basic checkup before meeting the doctor. After that we were asked to wait again. We waited again, and we clearly saw that the front desk people were sending people who came after us and we were still waiting After a harsh nudge then they sent us in at 2:30pm. 3 hours of wait time for a routine checkup consultation. The staff said they are sending on a first come first serve basis but clearly that was not the case. It's repeating in every visit to a level that i decided to take so much time and write about this. Prior to this when i called up the front desk and informed them that i need an appointment to see the doctor since i have a sudden inflammation & pain in the eye, they casually replied that the slots are full and you can come three days later. I mean who replies to such a call like that? Didn't even bother to ask what happened or how it happened. The Front desk is just Messy. Really messy. Please do something about it.

There is no option for zero star. Hence I am giving 1 star for the hospital. My 75yr old grandfather wanted to check his eyes as he had some problem with visibility. They went straight to the hospital at 10 Am and got the token within first 10 number. But they were asked to wait for a while. By the time I am writing the review (1 PM), they haven't seen the doctor yet. The front desk experience was really worst and they won't even care about the visitors. When asked, the front desk people are telling that the eye drops should take some time to dilute and then only the doctor can examine. But the fact is the eye drops will gets diluted in 15 to 20 minutes mostly. But they were been waiting for 1 1/2 hrs to meet the doctor. This shows their irresponsibility. We are waiting for more than 4+ hours now.... But still haven't met the doctor. Please visit some other hospitals where there is a responsible front desk and hospital management. Front office people behave very bad with patients. No proper administration. Way of treating patients is worst. They shows partiality between patients. Otherwise treatment is good.

I am Mohan (ID.no.3564) resident of Udumalpet & 75 years old. Had to undergo 2 cataracts and another eye surgery for tissue growth. Been visiting hospital for pre and post check up . Every single time they treated me with utmost respect and care . At this juncture , my heartfelt thanks to Dr.Praveen Kumar and to all staffs and nurses there for their wonderful hospitality every single time.Their warm tone and calling me THATHA has always made feel am one among them. Prior and on the day of surgery , they communicated clearly, and that helped me without any single hassle . They also took care of my wife and kept her informed of all the procedures , which comforted her as well. Special thanks to Amudha, Kavita & Yogeshwari been very helpful with utmost love , care and their affection. I wish them to keep up the good work they do & Pray the God for their wellbeing.
