I was admitted here. Treatment good, doctors good staffs good. U should allow the patients to keep their mobile. Leaving the visiting hours cannot talk with the dear ones. Why u dont allow to keep?becaus if patient reports to patient parties about ur work. Please stop making money buisness in the name of the hospital. Everyone life is precious. Also pls extend the visiting hours in the morning.9am to 11am.
Worst experience ever. My mom was admitted here, she was thirsty and was looking for water. The in-house water was so pathetic that one can never consume it. So we were giving her packaged bottled water. This morning I received a call from her that there is no water left and she's thirsty. I stay outside because of my job. I had to call 4-5 different people from hospital management but no one helped. They said they are not allowed to go and purchase water from outside. No matter if someone dies thirsty too. I was feeling totally helpless. Then I booked water from swiggy and the delivery boy was kind enough to reach there in 15 mins from booking. He was asked to leave the water bottle on the reception counter by the hospital authorities. The water reached my mom after another 15 mins and few calls from my end. What kind of management is this? I am totally disappointed and won't recommend anyone to admit their loved ones in a place where they don't care about anything!!
Wrost service....this is not a hospital totally scammer....never go here ...no doctors service available....all staff's very poor behaviour.......... government hospital also better then this nursing home...so please bycott this nursing home
OPD services improved in last 3 months but still slot & Sl. No.not maintained properly by assigned person. Pharmacy services guys are excellent at their work.

Staffs are very humble and patient to hear all your queries. Great care taken by nurse throughout the stay. No negligence is shown. The doctor who operated is extremely kind and probably the best. Very nice overall experience.
