It is a very nice place to stay and experience the beautiful valleys and mountains from your balcony. No words to describe the splendid beauty of the location. All credit to the right placement of this hotel. Food is also good and it has a nice open dining space while enjoying the spectacular views of Manali.
Location by itself is wonderful. Hygiene conditions and food were damn. A lot of people vomited or had diarrhea. The staff does not understand English well enough. Requests must be repeated several times. The owner was feathering his nest on our expenses, and prices rose 4x times prior to our arrival. This is the way of doing business? If you want a pleasant and undisturbed stay, definitely book another hotel.
Nice location, nice view, friendly staff. But the room were average. Water does not flow through shower specially in morning. Better to fill bucket before bath. Hot water comes like a thread in morning peak time. Food was good but unfortunately we had a stomachache and had to call doctor. Not sure if it was good or water but something was for sure. Overall good for short trip.
I am so happy to stay in this hotel . But not too happy environmental like live music are very much disturbing every day evening . We can't enjoy in your private room. Room service people are not well communicate in English. Whole hotel staff 90% speak only Hindi . Every buffet is good for one time . Not all day buffet the reason y I m saying same food every time . They should change the menu items every time . Not all same concept. Cleaning is very good . Wifi is not working faster. Front office people are good. Food quality not upto mark.
Wasn't as Clean as it could have been BUT, the views were spectacular, the staff were helpful regardless of which time we asked for. And overall the location is in between most of the places you'd want to go in Manali.

Amazing hospitality of the entire staff, right from booking, food, and travel etc. Particularly, mention Rahul who is the sightseeing expert and an expert driver to make your visit memorable. And Lucky Chauhan who takes care of your dining experience. All this made my 3-day family stay memorable.
Location is good But u will find such Location in most of the manali hotel in reasonable price just ask for vally view rooms with balcony You have to pay Rs 1000 for pickup and drop at mall road for extra hour extra charges
