Snow park is good but not bigger. As per ticket rate it is ok, becoz there is no time limit and including costume. They have to increase playing tool inside, during visiting only one tool is available. Capacity is I think 25 person only. Disappointed for shoes design, ice is very easily goes inside shoes. Make uncomfortable to play. And no option to replacement after getting entered inside.

Awesome place, awesome atmosphere ... kind and courteous service staff. We visited here on our child's birthday and birthday person's entry was free ... they provide the jacket, cap, hand gloves and special shoes too .... The snow park is awesome and must visit place of u love cool and icy atmosphere

Very small and congested place. The clothes given are dirty and irrelevant. They don't give bottoms, only jacket, thin woolen cap and thin torn woolen gloves for kids and labour's gloves for adults. The poor quality clothes made my kid so uncomfortable that I had to come out in 4 minutes. The tickets are so pricey and not at all worth it.

Better Experience to visit there but Maximum half an hour human stay in that cold room. Ice made from amonia gas so can't stay in more time

Very nice experience if you can't go to the north part of India to see the snow so a better alternative to experience in Surat. Ticket rate is 400 per person and for children below 36 inch height is 100 Rs . You can stay inside the park whatever time you need but once you come out for a washroom break then they don't allow you to go back again inside. So before entering take a washroom break and then enjoy inside where there igloo structure, also they play songs inside the park
