The rooms were good. The location is a little far from the main market. The staff were friendly. Helped with our day plan and route to travel. Breakfast was good.
I stayed here recently for 2 nights with my family. It was good hotel experience of all the trip we had. Very professional in Hospitality. The staff is very polite and friendly. The rooms are neat and clean. The view is great from the balcony. We had mistakenly left our small gold ornament at the hotel room and left for sight seeing. Hotel Manager upon request, secured it and gave it after we reached back. Thank you for this gesture.
This is by far the best Hotel we ever stayed at. Our stay felt even better than our stay at a 5-star hotel in Jaipur. We had a family stay from 11th June to 14th June 2023 at this hotel. The rooms were nice, spacious, clean, cosy and comfortable. Even the bedsheets and pillow covers were spotless and stain free. The washroom was also very clean and everything was working perfectly. The view from the balcony was awesome, and multiple snow covered peaks were visible even in the month of June. (Please note that ours was back-facing room and there was good snowfall in 2023). The food served in the buffet was really good and the staff hospitality was the best we have ever seen. I want to keep this review unbiased and honest, therefore I will mention cons as well. The washroom didn't had an exhaust fan. (Although the ventilation through the window was good enough) And the balcony door latch wasn't working properly (but the door bolta worked fine). So our overall experience was extremely good, and I highly recommended this hotel.
Very neat rooms & tasty food. I would recommend to book including breakfast and dinner if anyone book here.
Stayed for 3 nights here.. Was a bit perplexed before coming here.. As it was full season.. So wasn't sure how it would be.. But rooms turned out satisfactory and service was good too.Wash rooms were neat and clean. Hotel manager even helped us with providing taxi for rohtang.
The hotel is placed at the perfect location with a lovely view the condition of the rooms are perfect the staff is caring and loving Must visit once!!!!!

Beautiful little Dhaba, on the way down to the river in Old Manali. Uma makes the most delicious Siddu and great Masala Chai. Shes a lovely lady, so friendly and good atmosphere there. Recommended stopping by to try her famous Siddu.
