Snooze House Navi Mumbai - Hotel in Navi Mumbai - Thane, India

In Snooze House, I spent a Good 7 days. So I believe I'm in a good position to review this place properly. Disclaimer I stayed in Pods/Hostels before as well. Front Desk staff are very friendly and helpful but the HOUSEKEEPING staff are reluctant to change the sheets and would have to repeatedly ask them to do it as if they are doing it for free. (Farooq n team this is for you) There were bed bugs which was resolved within a day. Thirdly, inside the pods, there are no AC vents, so once you close the curtain, it's suffocating, they have given a fan but again it's gimmicky. The location is Good, walking distance to the railway station. The food options are limited as it's an industrial area and the food they are serving(in house cafeteria) is on the higher side as they serve food to outsiders as well. Moral of the Review: Few things are good and few things need to be improved. Will love to stay in this place once again if things are changed for the better. Hope the hostel management takes the review in a positive manner.

I had a very good experience in the snooze house. The location was at a pleasant spot. The staff were very friendly, helped during the check-in and whenever needed. The pods were very hygienic, the washrooms were also well maintained. This place also has a cafe, the ambience was very good

Quite a nice dorm to stay at. Quite safe for girls as they have a separate section for women and a separate bathroom too. Great bed, effective AC and amazing amenities like washing machine, dryer and in-house restaurant. Cleanliness is also top-notch! Crowd was also good and respected privacy and quietness at all costs. Overall, a great stay!

This is by far the best place to stay in Navi Mumbai. Has been the most convenient option for me and it ticks all the marks. With their new menu, food has also been sorted for me. I've travelled a couple of times and stayed at Snooze House, absolutely love it each time. The concept in itself is new and very comfortable. Would be happy to stay at Snooze House properties in the future.

checking experience was really great, beds were really nice and kozy.. ya if you are booking top floor bed...just evaluate a bit...are you strong enough to climb the straight ladder? location is nice

pros : wifi not that speed , washrooms they clean but public don't maintain it. No restaurants near by in vicinity of around 1-2 kms. Ac doesn't come on the top floor. sometimes it becomes very hot at night. cons : Clean and neat bed , helpful staff, location to find is easy.

This was the worst experience of my life. Ohid and shahrukh specially these two guys, I remember are very judgemental towards each girls who comes and stay there. They talk rubbish about each girls. As a girl, it's not safe. These boys all in the staff are on a hunt. They are desperate to talk to the girls, get their numbers and so on. Ohid is really the one who must be thrown out of snooze house. He is only for one thing there as a staff. Girls beware of there eyes, the way they look at you, it's not very comforting. I felt very unsafe. I also remember that one girl who newly checked-in, one night she stayed at snooze house but second night, she left with a guy and when next day she came ohid started commenting about her and clothes and trust me comments were to such a height that it must be taken to the court. I have personally seen rat poop on bed. Rat and lizards crawling in girls section. Top bed dorm forget it, it's ridiculous no safety measures taken, anyone can fall. Noise and pollution of trucks horrible. Bedsheets they only change if you are a new customer for 2 days, once you stay more than 3 days, they don't bother to change or even if you ask to change they give old bed sheet. I pray everyday this snooze house to be shut down permanently. This is worst decision to stay here, they have made good pods and interior but staff are gundas (degraded). Staff must be changed.
