Naveen is highly Professional, responsible and very helpful thoughtout my orders. His customer centric approach is much appreciated. I've made more than 5 orders in the last three months abs every time the shipping was done within a maximum of two days. Few were done on next day itself. Every time, he confirmed the payment, order detais and shared the shipping details without any follow ups. There may be delay in responses at times because of the customer volume. But he never misses to respond. We should understand from his point of view too. While writing this review, I've read few reviews on no response or scamming kind of things. It's definitely not the case. May be they are from other sellers. In my personal experience one of the product wasn't available post my order. He himself has updated on it and asked me if I need a refund or to adjust with any other items/fishes. On requesting for a refund, it was done. And in my other order I've adjusted with few additional fishes. So, he's definitely not going to scam anyone.
