Gym is good but trainers are weird and illiterate immature unprofessional they train wrong. They don't know how to behave talk and if u don't take personal training then they don't even help and no proper equipment like belt etc they hide them!trainers should be removed from gym.these trainers above mentioned are at Eve shift all the three trainers make group talk like a aurat these are like aunty. Ye trainers ki form m aunties h jo chugli gate h clients ki! In teen trainers k hote hue gym mein aurat ki jrrt nh h ye hi kafi h Chugli krne k liye! Trainers name should be mentioned Rahul Sahil and Vicky these are like aurat they talk and laugh on client.
Today I went for the very first time to this gym, with a booking of fitpass such a shame that these instructors are so mannerless and they treat fitpass members like some beggars. There is a female instructor with long hairs she is the most pathetic uneducated trainer I have ever seen. I asked her that if she can help me at my first day, she said that's not included in fitpass "sorry". I understand as per policy she might not be able to help, I didn't utter a single word and was working out with all what I knew. But then the horrible experience started, she was mocking me with 2other fellow instructors because I was from fitpass. She was laughing and the other two male were also laughing. When I confronted them with one other senior staff and asked him to check the cctv, he was not willing to accept that. As this may risk all of their job. First of all you shouldn't be making a mockery of any random person secondly you should have enough dispute redressal system, otherwise you are not acting as per consumer's protection law. Get your trainers trained to behave with clients, and shouldn't give a horrible experience like I had, that eventually made me cry.

Gym is spectacular. It has all the machines you can imagine and there is ample space for every possible exercise. Gym provides more than 10 trainers, security system and Zumba classes etc.
For Rohini, this is a really great gym. With almost all machines and 2 different floors, you can have everything necessary for a great workout. Special recommendation for Gagan and Sanjay to help me out personally with best optimised workouts and accountability. 100% recommended!
