Rooms OK but no hot water, no working TV,, full mosquitoes

Rooms are very good. No service available, not a single bottle of water they provide.
We stayed here for just a night as a stopover . The bedsheets was clean and toilet was ok. The washbasin was loose and could easily fall over . It's much better than the one hotel across the highway for which we paid a much higher charge. This place Has a lift and parking inside. So just for a night stopver it's pretty decent. Although there were cobwebs here n there.

The worst hospitality ever. I was charged for a AC room but the ac was not working. The staff tried to explain the difference between inverter and non inverter AC. The incompetent person did not have the courtesy to acknowledge that the airconditioner was faulty. The property has definitely seen better days and now seems to be towards .............mm
Good place to refresh and visit Annavaram temple. It's located near by temple. Have hot water facility and well maintained. Good ventilation in rooms. Service is satisfying.
Rooms are clean, maintained.
