I recently had the unfortunate bad experience], and I must say it was one of the most disappointing dental experiences I've ever had. I feel compelled to share my negative encounter to ensure others are aware of the subpar service and lack of professionalism I encountered during my visit. First and foremost, the staff at were incredibly unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, there was an air of disorganization and apathy among the employees. The receptionist was rude and dismissive, displaying a complete lack of customer service skills. Not only did they fail to greet me properly, but they also seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns or questions. Moreover, the wait time at was absolutely unacceptable. Despite having an appointment, I was kept waiting for an excessive amount of time. It was clear that they overbooked their schedule, leading to chaotic and prolonged waiting periods. This lack of respect for their patients' time is simply unacceptable. When I was finally called in for my dental procedure, I was appalled by the lack of cleanliness and hygiene in the treatment room. The equipment appeared outdated and poorly maintained, which left me feeling uncomfortable and concerned about the overall quality of care I would receive. It is essential for a dental clinic to prioritize cleanliness and maintain up-to-date equipment for the well-being of their patients. To make matters worse, the dentist who attended to me seemed inexperienced and unskilled. Their lack of precision and confidence was evident throughout the procedure. I found myself doubting their abilities and questioning their expertise. This lack of professionalism and competence is a significant cause for concern when it comes to something as important as dental care. Finally, the billing process at was nothing short of a nightmare. They failed to provide a clear breakdown of the charges, and I felt that they overcharged me for the services rendered. When I raised my concerns, the staff responded dismissively and made no attempt to resolve the issue or provide a satisfactory explanation. This kind of disregard for transparency and fair pricing is completely unacceptable. Overall, I cannot express my disappointment enough with dental clinc.The unprofessional staff, excessive wait times, lack of hygiene, questionable dental expertise, and problematic billing practices have left me with no choice but to warn others about this dreadful clinic. I strongly advise anyone in need of dental care to look elsewhere for a more competent and professional dental clinic.

Dr. Saurabh Singh Chauhan is expertise in dental, What a nice new facility! Coming into the office, it is clean, bright, and nicely appointed. The staff is professional and greeted me right away. I liked the reminder they give on calls for appointment .The wait was under 5 minutes. Dr. is professional, friendly, and attentive. The equipment is clean, new, and up to date. The computer screen is right in front of you, so you can see what they see. They also explain it to you - very informative." His work is too clean perfect and never painful.I suggest u all to go and get urself treated from him.
