I am very disappointed from reaching the store, company invest money for customer service but their is no customer service. All staff busy in chit chat or gossip, their is 3 billing counter in the store but only one billing counter is running mode staff seating in the cash counter and busy in chitchat and staff says their is no customer service provide security guard through the hangers in front of customer. They don't use Stainton take the hangers carry, I am asking the staff where is your manager they will said manager is out of store when the manager came you meet him. Snapdeal store Ghaziabad very bad experience in this store.
