The gym atmosphere is well maintained. I'm taking personal training here by Jojo, such a great and friendly trainer. I'm reducing my fat without losing muscle mass. All thanks to Jojo for his personal guidance and diet plan along with different workouts that he plans which varies from person to person.

This work out place has always been my favourite place, it's clean and hygienic. I feel very comfortable to go to gym anytime and staffs are very cordial.
The trainer Jojo is great with his huidance. Be it with diet routine or workout regime, he helps with a lot of patience and attention to individual requirement. He is always available there to help, his suggested regime really helped me with my fitness and in increasing my core strength.
This is literally my first time at a gym. Surprisingly I'm regular at it and even if a day or two is missed, I feel like going back again. The trainer is wonderful, motivates you to be consistent and fit and not mindless training. Hats off sir, you really push us to achieve the fitness goals. The training he provides is commendable. There won't be any miracles in a month or two, just try to be consistent.
Joined around 2 months back and very happy with the experience. Based on my goals,Jojo sir curated a diet plan and a personalised workout routine. He also guides and support me immensely during weight training sessions, identified my weak areas and helping me to improve in his very humble and friendly approach.
Mid way though my transformation goals, shed around 5 kilos and looking forward to a lot more with Jojo sir's guidance.
Gym itself is very nice and has all equipments needed. Staff is very professional and very well maintains the hygiene like cleaning all equipments frequently after one finishes his set.

If you are a beginner and find it a little intimidating to join a gym, go to this place. The equipment's aren't the only thing that can help with your fitness objectives, its also the advise that you need. The trainer Mr. Jojo is a wonderful man who is always on his toes eager to help you, be it your workout routine, your postures or your diet. He has the right knowledge to help you get on track. I would recommend that you take up the workout under his tutelage at least for a couple of months. It will surely help.
One of the best gym in banglore for sure. The new management is really impressive. All staffs are very polite and excellent in providing the best environment. The trainer, Mr.Jojo is so experienced and very professional. I did workouts in many gyms earlier and obviously this is the best out of those. Much recommended!
