Ordered very basic chicken hot and sour soups along with chicken salad, salad was ok in taste with large amount of white sauce..talking about hot and sour soups, I don't know how a food joint can go hugely wrong with that very basic soup??I hardly found 4-5 small cubes of chicken, and talking about the taste, OMG, it's only cumnin powder and full of ginger, that smell of raw spices and disgusting taste force me to discard that whole thing... Surprisingly when I complain about the thing online, utterly disappointing management keep arguing about that aweful taste...I am literally shocked regarding their customer dealing attitudes, in this era of online services, online reviews how can a joint malhandle a customer in such a way???what is wrong with them I don't know,they don't even try to recognise their fault, expecting rectification could be merely a dream

Palatable food at pocket friendly prices. Homely atmosphere with welcoming staffs. What else does one need in a local restaurant ? It is not a huge or luxurious place, to be honest.But food-wise the best in the vicinity .
It was a really great experience staying at the woodpeckers inn. The place is clean & homely, and built with all modern amenities. The caretaker is very sweet and generous with tea and coffee. :)
