Smyle Inn - Hotel in New Delhi - Central, India

I enjoyed my stay here and the people working here were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and changed each day. They helped me with the motorcycle, the breakfast for leaving early, the sim card, and leaving some luggage. It's close to the metro station (very convenient and easy to use in Delhi also for foreigners). And close to fine places to eat.

We have been in Delhi for 3 days and unfortunately we were really sick and i must say, that the hotel and staff was incredible!!!Really they were really nice and the really helped us with everything. We were really really sick and they let us stay in the hotel longer, than the check-out to wait for our flight. They were really helpful with the medicine and food we needed and with everything. Also they provide guided tours around Delhi and that was amazing too! I felt really really safe in the hotel, which was th emost important for me, so i really recommened this place!)

I've stayed here several times. Though the rooms are very small, they are neat & clean. Maybe the most neat & clean and peaceful hotel room you'll get in Paharganj. No loud people or tv sounds like in many other hotels. The price is also reasonable, as breakfast is also included. Also, most of the staff is very friendly and always ready to help. I never faced any problem staying here. Moreover, even without me asking, the staff often asks how I am and if I need any help. It's really good service. Just the last 2 days of my recent stay I faced very rude behaviour from 1 person who often sits at the reception. He called me twice talking rudely and the last time even shouting that I had to vacate the room, while I had extended and paid extra for the half day, notifying I would be leaving around 7.45 PM, as my train was at 8.20 PM from New Delhi Railway Station. On check-out I explained him in a gentle way that he can be more friendly in future, but even then he responded in a very rude way, telling me to leave and not come back. Except for this 1 person's rude behaviour, my stay was very pleasant and I would recommend Smyle Inn.

I stayed in Smyle Inn on my first night in India for only one night before heading to Varanasi. It was easy to reach the hostel from the airport with the metro and rickshaw. The people were friendly and helpful. The hostel and room was clean. I stayed in a female dorm. It was small but clean. I'd recommend. Thanks Smyle Inn team.

Had a great time at Smyle Inn - a very affordable and comfortable stay. Only recco would be to add a note in the initial email stating that permits are NOT needed to enter Paharganj area. We had some confusions with that when we arrived. Thank you for the support with setting up our SIM card and for the delicious [included] breakfasts!

If you're booking this hotel 'PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM DOING IT' especially if you are traveling with family. The hotel is located inside a very nasty and unclean street where you can see people spitting and urinating everywhere. The people on the street, especially the street vendors are very rude. It's a very unhygienic environment. Even Uber and Ola cab drivers hesitate to pickup from this location since it is very crowded. Now the hotel, The rooms and the bathrooms are very small. Rooms don't have any cupboards to keep your belongings. The bathroom is very small in such a way that if you get in, you may have to adjust yourself to close the door. They won't even clean the room regularly. They said there is complimentary breakfast and it's from 8 to 10am. But you may have to wait so long to get something. I took the juice and banana they give along with the breakfast to save time. The staff are rude during the checkout time. I have paid extra for half day. But they asked to vacate the room before that.

Clean Hostel, very good location near to the New Delhi Railway Station and right next to Main Bazar. The staff was very friendly and answered all the questions we had, which was very helpful!! Very good breakfast on the rooftop in the morning where you can socialize with others. I'll definitely go back there!
