Good doctor and sisters. afterbirth money demand is littlebit a problem. everything is best As my experience.need some improvement in drinking water section.

The worst hospital ever that i had visited in my life .i went there on 11 jan 2023 they don't even have drops for dilution of eyes i purched it from the outside store and then went back even there is no staff to help to put the drops in eyes they asked me to do it by my own not only this i faced so many problems in this hospital

I went to this hospital as i heard its specialised in maternity, though i never met any doctor or consultant, neither they asked me to meet them, everything was taken care of student doctors, who are thinking that the patient are coming to get free treatment. It got the best position in cleanliness, but it has the worst toilets, as most of the patient said, and the nursing staff most of them are rude. They were more concerned about holidays, and these people never think of the last man standing on border. I hear in news that hospital didnt care of patients..but this time i experienced it myself...

Emergency services are worst, I went with my Pregnant wife on 21 july 2019 in emergency at 5:30 am. But no body attend her properly just give her Rentak ( Gas Medicine ). we told to doctors that she is not able take breath smoothly but they did not cooperate just transferring from Emergency no. 2 than gyne Emergency than new building again & again till 12 . Finally we came back and take treatment in Private Hospital. All the time junior doctors were passing their time and no senior doctor was there and when they came their behavior were very bad. Toilet were also very dirty and smelling worst. When i demand the M.S. number they said " Sahab Busy Hai " . IF YOU BOOK ONLINE APPOINTMENT MOSTLY THAT WOULD NOT BE DONE BECAUSE OF THEIR TECHNICAL FAULT AND WHEN I CALLED AT THEIR NUMBER THEY SAID WE CANT TO ANYTHING IN THAT. Jitender Atri

Working staff, doctors are so lazy they spend their most of time talking to each other or on phone their lunch never ends eating chai samosa from 11:30 to 12:30 eating garlic bread and coke roaming from here and there no response on queries lines doesn't matter people who are sitting for checkup had no value

Treatment is a very good that's why I am giving a 5 star but nursing staff who to take blood for test she was not good to talk with my wife she said that ( tumhari to saari report galat aayegi ) misbehaving with us and there is a one man behind of nurse also he was returned said same thing Blood test karne walo ko tameej nahi hai thodi bhi is cheej ki complaint Dr Harshvardhan ji ke office karunga surely Or feedback lena hai to wahi on spot lo tab pata Chalega Kitna accha staff hai or nahi

This hospital is affiliated with Delhi University of Delhi along with Lady Hardinge Medical College. This hospital is a far good hospital if you compare it with govt hospitals of other states, in particular Uttar Pradesh and Bihar or even Haryana however it is not as good as any big Private hospitals. High end diagnostic machines are available but hardly any work. They are always out of order any time of the year. Huge responsibility lies on the shoulder of ecery doctor because of which they stay frustrated and behave like a nagging wife. Medical college is clean but hospital is pathetic. Doctors are of very high capabilities here. Treatment results are often positive but still some cases of sheer negligence have been reported in the past too.

A good hospital which was earlier a women hospital which changed to a general Hospital in 1992-93.But still today it is more known for being a ladies hospital though it has now different female n male wards for each faculty.Over all good services.
