Hospital is good but Dr, nurses, specially Lado nurse is not good her behavier ua too much rude. And today i face same my self. She has order to duty dr says stop all other work ad make a discharge of my mom. She was saying like she is not an nurse whereas she is owner of the hospital. Same on this kind of hoapital and staff.

An Energy Hospital is Good Cleanliness is appreciatable Staff Behavior is Good but need to improve much. . . As I Stayed 4 Days in Hospital for Treatment Every Patient Treated Well but One Patient which is helpless from Family Side and Maintally disturb because of his wife suffering from cancer. From the side of Patient Doctor Behavior is not Good even Helpless Behavior. At the Last Must Focus on it It Impact a Lot ThankYou

Staff ia too much rude and unprofessionl. They dont care of patient. I hve adited my mom and my family memeber everyday saying staff hs mrs. Lado nurse is not goos her behavier ua too much rude. I am a covid patient not getting any space in any hospital, some how I got admitted, hospital is full with patients,, but Cooperation of all doctors, nurses, junior staff, senior doctors is excellent, no words for their cooperation, specially owner Of the hospital is very supportive and givespositive thoughts thanks everyone Kiran bang

Very poor service, it took 3 hour to get discharge of my patients (Cash Patient). Reception staff are not trained to handle patients attenders and their query.Need improvement. Lado didi very bad behavior

Very nice hospitality, good care of patient. lovely behavior of all staff , all the doctors and nurse are very polite and dedicate to work. campus is awesome ,enough space for everything..... I really like this hospital thanks to all Minesh and SMS ENERGY Hospital staff to good care of my MOM (MANABAI RAJORIYA) regards Rahul Rajoriya
