We visited the Smoor cafe on the first floor of 1MG mall. It is a small place, opposite Hamleys. We had a Bombay sandwich and intense 70% dark chocolate cake. Both tasted great. The taste was same as the other branches. What was disappointing was the service. The staff was curt, service was slow and they dint care for customer requests like napkins and extra sauce. When you pay close to Rs300 per head , you will expect better service.
I did not enjoy the cakes at Smoor at all. They were too dry and overly priced. The taste wasn't great as well. The cafe is located on the 1st floor at 1 Mg Mall. It's a small cafe with few seats.
By far the most fake cafe mocha I have had in my life. Pricing is decent but the coffee I had was just below average. Please work on the menu and take off products that don't taste like they are supposed to
Smoor is actually a good chain inhabitated by worst staff. Their attitude is absolutely intolerant they get on your nerves. They are no different from gold diggers, they do not understand the concept of customer service. They enjoy bullying people but for their surprise I had to show them their place today to see their worst facial expressions. I when checked about Belgian chocolate cake the staff mocked asking chocolate or pastry. I asked them it is written cake on the display card and I can read it clearly and questioned back asking tem do they also serve Belgian chocolate pastry, for which they respondes no and I had to tell them to know your menu before saying something embarrassing. Though the pastry is good the staff ensures not to enjoy it, I would rather suggest Smoor Indiranagar outlet instead. 2 rating is for the pastry quality and want to alert people before considering this place.
Awesome place if you are a chocolate lover .... There is many varieties of hot chocolate and many chocolate boxes if you wanted to buy for your family n friends Smoor chocolates..
They have nice collection of gifting items it's just in the entrance of the mall.
The cheese cake is Yami and the fries are hot and spicy we enjoyed the service
