If you're looking for authentic Chinese street food, or just exploring for new experiences in the city, this place is a must come. We had Chicken spring roll, fish suimai, pork roll, steamed chicken bao, and spend around Rs120 each and was totally worth it. This place is open at around 6-7.30am in the morning. You'll find more variety on Sundays, or on special ocassions, it is open throughout the week.
The Street is certainly a must visit place. Its full of people from different ethnicity like chinese. The bazar has shrunk since last 2 yrs. The food stalls are less. Some people may find the place unhygienic but its a bazar so its ok. There are few local stores selling chow,spices,sauce,pickles.
Kolkata's Chinese breakfast Market.....many Chinese food are available here....and its so tasty ...timing is 6am. To 8am.... I personally suggest you all go there under 6.30 am. ...otherwise some food are not available...
Very few stalls are present. Momos were not good in taste. Very much disappointed as this place was once famous for Chinese breakfast.
Here you will get authentic chinese and Tibetan food in morning. Try to visit within 7.30 after that you will not get all items. Must try pow, wonton and momo. You will get pork, chicken and fish all variety.
I'd say this place is simply overhyped ! The Steamed Pork momos and Fried Pork Momos are good ,,, Pork rolls and Pork Pao are waste ,,, Fish and Pork Dumplings are okayish ... As this is officially a parking place , so the market and the momo shops are only open during Morning ... On weekdays 5:00-8:00 am ,,, on weekends 5:00-9:30 am ...
Very popular arena, renowned for early morning breakfast and market for the travellers, residents and tourists alike. Known to be tiretti bazaar, it is a renowned Tibetan cum Chinese market place. You'll find everything exotic, in a very reasonable amount over here. Some must try outs: Chinese sausage, wonton, momos, rolls, meat/fishballs. These are delicious! Point to be noted: the breakfast juncture gets over by 8:30am.
This place is no more a 100% Chinese Street food place. A lot of Non Bengalis are also selling the not so tasty Chinese food. All the Chinese vendors are so polite and the food is "SO GOOD". It is must try place. Best time to be there is between 6am to 7am.
