Unfortunately, my experience leaves much to be desired. From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of disappointment that lasted throughout my meal. First, the service was incredibly slow and inattentive. It took too long for staff to agree and it was clear that the staff lacked organization and proper training, resulting in a frustrating dining experience. Note : Barbeque not proper temperature, chicken pizza doesn't taste good, ice cream roll not available and also gaming part not available. Services are mostly Hindi guys, they don't understand Tamil and English.. It is right to be located in Tamil Nadu then why not proper Tamil employees are posted there

The reality beyond the expectations The taste of food was really good. The staff are friendly and kind hearted. Even if you are not satisfied with their dish, they are prepared for you again until you get satisfied They had different varieties of food . Such a big dinning and I personally like veg foods and drinks

It's OK OK Barbeque. Please visit with less expectation (no Proper VR show and low maintenance kids play area) with respect to food don't prefer 7pm slot the servings are less as compared to BBQ nation. waiter discipline of their work role not being maintained as volunteers (we have to ask multiple times) 4star to the Dosa wala at counter would attend with patience and prepare and supply as the vistors expectation.

2nd Time Visiting. Both times Worst Experiences only in BBQ Servicing... Waste of Money... 4 Stars to 1 Star. BBQ Served Just for Formalities... Nothing Reloaded... We hate to Visit Again... So far we visited 2 times.... Now we come to know their strategy.... Every time different stories to avoid refilling the BBQ. Brand name getting spoil. Only the first time they serve BBQ. After that they're not at all looking happy to Refill. We waited for a long time and requested many times for refilling. But Just for Formalities they brought 1 or 2 Sticks. Prawns are not served at all till we ask more than 10 times. Veg BBQ'S not at all roasted... Once we complained they said it will be like this only.... Then they read our face reactions and taken back. Customers paying for their food.... SMOKE HUB NOT SERVING FOR FREE OF COST. For experienced customers itself your treating such a way... Then what will be the new customers situations in your restaurants. Is that SmokeHub thinks! Trichy Customers doesn't know anything about BBQ restaurants food services... Really disappointed

Ambience is good. VR, kids play area and live music available. Food taste is good. But very less varieties in dessert. Price is high for the items provided.

The place and its ambience is good. It has a play area for kids and a VR zone. Food is not so great. Only few items were good. In Desserts nothing tasted good. No starters were hot. Considering the place, food taste and menu doesn't even match. I wouldn't recommend this place. Service was good. I think it will be great if they increase the quality of food and dishes. They got so many options. Chat and corn tasted good.

It was thw worst experience ever in barbeque. Service was also not good. Food serving also started late, if you order from live counter it was taking much time although less customer were there. Food quality was also not good. Some dishes are only mentioned in menu card. Barbeque was also over grilled. We suggested them for change but no response from there side. Washroom was also stinking.

One of the best places to have a buffet. You will get vast varieties of food here and you don't have to wait for it. Go! take your favorite food from the stands immediately and start eating!! Don't restrict yourselves with the regular ones. Try out new combinations in a healthy way! ...and the last part - don't forget to have fun with the VR plank kept there
