We knew Smita Hospital through my sister, who came here for a treatment and she highly recommend the hospital. For my experiences, I had really really good time here at the hospital. We received very caring service from medical team and administration team. Every staff I interacted was very helpful. All the consultation went well and it was fast and we do not have to wait for longer hours. ENT have a super wonderful team. Overall we had a good experience. 10/10

I recently had an experience at Hospital Smita Memorial Thodupuzha, and I must say, it left a lasting impression. From the moment I walked in and approached the admission desk, I was met with a level of professionalism that immediately put me at ease. The staff at the admission desk were not only efficient but also empathetic, taking the time to answer all my questions and ensuring a smooth admission process. Once I was settled into my room, I couldn't help but appreciate the attention to detail when it came to the room itself. It was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, which is crucial for a hospital stay.

We have been getting excellent services from every person who are in charge within the hospital. We felt like home and the mentality with which they are treating my beloved one is remarkable. Also, the way in which nursing staff and doctors are answering our concerns and providing the suggestions are one of a kind. Keep it up!

The hospital facility and Nurse service is also very good. But there are not enough nurses in the ICU to care for the patients. However, in a hospital with such a facility, the staff in the account section or the officers associated with accounts, Bills are prepared very carelessly. If common people pay cash without checking the bills, they will lose a lot.

I 've visited this hospital a couple of times, and returned happy and content with all the services and hospitality received. All the staffs made me feel at home.Truly one of the best hospitals in Idukki.

I have been to this hospital multiple times. The doctors, notably Dr. Akhil Vijayan (Surgeon) and Dr. Martin have the ability to ensure that their patients are well taken care of. Secondly, I would like to thank the staffs at the front desk (admission and financial counselling for the procedure) were undeniably professional and made my hospital stay very smooth. I felt at home maybe because of the facilities in the room or maybe because of the friendly staffs. I don't know why some feedbacks here seem negative but I personally did not feel them at least in my hospital stay!
