It is not a hotel but not less than it. Rooms were species. Rooms were clean as well. Room service and cleaning staff was really good. Swimming pool was clean and well designed. Location: This place situated near KFC Calangute. Calangute beach is just 30 minutes walking distance from this place. Lot more can be mentioned but I hope above information is enough to know the place.
Rooms were clean. I gave it 3 star because it has no wifi and service was average. Also it was a little far from the Calangute beach.
One of worst hotels visited so far. Not the service promised. unhygienic rooms with cockroaches. No wifi, no cable services. No music allowed after 10pm as the hotel is a residential apartment. Swimming pool tiles broken. When complained about improper service and unruly behaviour of hotel management, we had cops visit our rooms and local goon threatening us during checkout. Not acceptable.
No power backup for AC. Hours of power cut at any time. Suddenly you will get power cuts in mid night or early morning. Stayed more than 20 times in this property from last 4-5yrs with family/friends/official colleagues... But from that time to today itself still no solution for power backups.
Very dirty service. rooms are not clean at all. Air conditioner also bad. The swimming pool is also not clean. The tiles in the swimming pool are also cracked. Watchman people also have a lot of attidude. The service is not good. It is the third class hotel in Goa.
If 0 start would awailable i would have selected it. The worst service i have ever seen. Payment had been done but the room hadn't been confirmed we wasted our time, No reception office, Staff is totally inappropriate and so inconvenienced l, They didn't even answers the call. And about the rooms you can see the attached photographs.
Wrost room, pathetic service, reception rowdy like experience, wrost swimming pool and wifi, strickly family or individual please avoid for God sake or else no one can help you out
Very beautifully designed resort. If u find some sort of resort with reasonable price then i will highly suggest this resort. All staff are very cooperative and friendly. Services are also good there. Pool and the view from balcony is the most attractive part of this resort.
