This is a beautiful housing society, a gated community. Spreading in around 60 acres. Big housing plots with certain restrictions to maintain greenery and preserve nature. This is a khata B property not a khata A property. But it's a beautiful, calm, serene place. Within Bangalore but once inside, it gives you a feel as if you are in a coffee garden of Coorg or Ooty !! Nowadays a lot of construction activity is going in the layout. More and more people are buying a plot and building houses.
Green belt close to electronic City and Hebbaguddi. Beautiful gated community still surrounded by trees and plants with birds chirping. Just 5 minutes ride from Hosur road. Lucky people who stay here with so much greenery. Access to shops, restaurants close by in case you need to buy anything. Nice layout and could improve the roads inside

Nice lake with relatively lesser footfall. We went here by cycle. It's accessible and beautiful place in the city. It turned out an amazing surprise for a short Sunday ride.
