I underwent re-RCT (Root canal treatment) under Dr. Sneheni Dey. She took utmost care, understood the problem, explained to me the treatment options and fixed it really well. No pain anymore and I can eat again! The staff are very courteous too and I did not have any problems whatsoever. Will visit again, for friends and family, if needed. Definitely recommended!

I had a long treatment over here (Smile & Shine Baguiati Center) under Dr. Sneheni Dey. Doctor was very helpful cares a lot. only the costing is little bit high.
Worst experience ever. When I visited for the first time for orthodontic treatment,I had to wait for the doctor for more than 1 1/2 hour, I was told to charge 500/-, instead of 200/- for long-term treatment and I gladly accepted. The very 1st day, I was consulted by a male doctor and he told me that the treatment will be around 20k and told me to bring my parents next day for final confirmation. Next day when I took my parents with me, I was consulted by a different doctor and she told me that the treatment will be total around 40k!!! When I told them that the previous doctor told me 20k, they were telling me that my actual doctor was absent the previous day, that's why that male doctor was appointed for me and he is not even an orthodontist!! And as an apology, they will give me Rs/- 4000 discount and also I had been told not to tell this to the orthodontist female doctor. Like can you imagine how fraud it sounds and it actually was. This clinic is so close to my house, and this was such a pathetic experience.
