I don't know why, but there is often a prejudice among foreigners about the quality of dentistry in India. Maybe after watching all those creepy videos on Youtube. But "Smile Factory" is definitely a place I will recommend to all my friends. I was given as much attention as Jim Morrison at the height of his career. This was one the most comfortable dental clinic visit I've ever had in my life. Thank you for your expert care! I would definitely trust this clinic for my implant placement if time allowed.
Dr Alisha is a talented dental practitioner. She pays great attention to detail.I would recommend her highly, All the other team members especially Dr Rachana were able to perform their tasks to a very high standard. The whole experience was much appreciated and thanks to the entire team.
Absolutely amazing What can I say if anyone had said I would have 13 teeth removed and 6 implants drilled and capped and the same procedure with 8 teeth removed and 6 implants on the lower jaw I would have told them not a chance in hell that's happening but the staff and DR Rachanna are amazing so professional no pain bit of discomfort but nothing serious 4 days later I had my temporary dentures fitted my friends and family cannot believe how good they look I have something to smile for now with out looking toothless old man. thank you again Dr and your son and your wonderful staff and see you in 6 months time for my permanent new teeth love from the uk.
The staff were excellent at the Smile Factory. Really professional and very efficient so you could not fault them. I read their reviews and they were all excellent and I would recommend them to anyone needing dental treatments.
Dr Rachna is very polite. The whole staff is very cooperative. We went for my kid's teeth extraction. Dr Shradha is very professional and deals in the best way with the kids. My daughter was anxious but she handled her very calmly...no hush hush...gave us full time...if anybody wants to see pedodontist In Goa...must visit Dr Shraddha at Smile factory.
Wow. Where do I start? I live in Ghana, West Africa and they have been my only dentists since 2010. My main reason of going to India every once in a while is Because of this excellent establishment. Excellent service. Excellent crew. Excellent treatment. Being a very well traveled individual I honestly cannot recommend any other dental clinic apart from Smile Factory. They listen to your concerns. They have specialists in every department. Reasonably-priced plus they always take your schedule into consideration and go the extra mile to make sure you're done and comfortable before you go back home. Dr. Fernandes is the one. She is a nonsense nontimepass dentist who immediately addresses the problem and relieves the patient from his her pain. No drama of countless visits for me and my friend and the extraction was immediate. She is the best in goa .. trust me
