First of all Google map location wrong, no one attended the phone calls for guidance... No security... System not updated to present generation.. it's before 1947 system.. there is no one professional customer service executives... Poor service with high profit to company... Overall Pathetic

Worst customer service. I delayed EMI payment for 1 week due to personal reasons and requesting i will do payment tomorrow. But loan recovery member threatening, misbehaving and keep on calling 50+ times in 3hrs. He is not ready to wait, it better take loan from local people for interest than Fullerton.

Today I visited Jaynagar Fullerton branch, I am trying to connect customer care number regarding my issues, I visited 2 branches before Jayanagar and they just forwarded me another branch. Finally I visited Jayanagar branch security person brought me to Ms. Vidya she's excellent manager who helped me to go next level to resolve my problem. Thanks Ms Vidya , she's doing fabulous job at bank.
