My recent encounter with fullerton left me incredibly disappointed and frustrated with their abysmal customer service. I felt compelled to share my experience to warn others about the lack of care and professionalism I encountered. From the moment I reached out for assistance, the support team seemed uninterested and unresponsive. Customer service is the backbone of any reputable company, and unfortunately, this is where they have failed miserably. If you wish to go out there there is no solution you can get avoid,

Do not take any Loan from his company even if you need to leave the planet, this is private company bu their sysem servers are not working all the time, not even mobile applciations are working all the time, and they thought we are "Unpadh Gawar". Disappointed company for sales services/loan closure and foreclosure charges are quite high. After closing Loan by goung there, afer 10 days even not closed and your CIBIL going down, not even they are responding and not Fullerton India Namastey support email address respnding.
