I had an amazing experience at Smayjak Yoga studio in the past one month. It helped me regain my flexibility. The yoga teacher here, Kartikay sir is very kind and pays attention to each and every student. He understands the limits of the student and do not force them. He gave me good tips and tricks for a healthy lifestyle. I tried and learned so many new yoga asana. The class environment is also very good and friendly. SmayJak Yoga Studio is a great place to be if you are an yoga enthusiast. There is nice calming ambience. I feel at peace to be here.
Two months since joining SmayJak my perspective of yoga has changed. I no longer seek weight loss and strength but rather peace and stability. I remeber my first week being the toughest at the studio, my body was completely sore the day after. Working my way through the first week not only boosted my confidence but made it relatively easier to tolerate whatever came next. I'm glad I joined the studio and plan to learn from Kartikey sir for the forseeable future.
Top tier yoga studio! Amazing instructor (Kartikay) and very accommodating to beginners. Very well informed on the human body,thus instructor always provides variations of different asanas for you to see what works best on your body. A great experience of exploring our own body at Smayjak Yoga studio in Hisar.The yoga classes really worked as magic for me. I was really happy with the results. I would really thank my teacher Kartikay for always being there.Would totally recommend.
i joined the yoga studio in mid September. its been almost 6 months and ive lost 15.47 kgs without any crucial dieting. the yoga Acharya kartikey suri tells the benifits and correct methods of doing a particular exercise while we are doing the same. he also communicates to the students in a very respectful manner. The institutes soothing ambience also provides a calm environment for students for performing meditation, tratak and helps coping up the everyday minor stress. In the last 6 months yoga helped me to correct my posture without any injury. now im at a stage that yoga is not just a work-out for me it has now incorporated in my lifestyle
Definitely recommend this place to take yoga classes in Hisar. This space is a great place with beautiful inferior to practice Yoga. The instructor is very experienced and dedicated. Hope everyone who is searching for a real yoga world immersion find a place and teacher like this one to learn from.
