The staff respects you and treats you like being at home. The atmosphere and the vibe of all my fellow aides just makes it wanting for more.

People here have no basic etiquettes,they sweat like a pig and it's all over the machines and there is no one to even clean it.
The gym and it's washroom both have a very foul smell to it and stink really bad.
The staff will keep chasing you till the time you don't join the gym but after that they won't take responsibility for anything.
It's been 3 days I have written a complaint and no body has even bothered to call back or check about the matter.
The front desk ladies are Horrible and rude as hell.
I would never recommend this gym to anyone.

This gym has very good general trainers who guide the beginners step by step. Quality wise, equipments are at par with the superior standard gyms and with a good amount of variety.
The floor space is abundant which prevents cramming especially during peak hours. There is also a roof top space where members can do cross fit and other fitness exercises. All in all, this is not just a gym, it is an all inclusive fitness centre.
There are sessions of CrossFit, Zumba, Yoga and Kickboxing for an hour in the morning and evening (inquire for details).
The staff is very humble and helpful. The changing room has steam and shower, that's a must for me.
