Had visited Smart Vision eye hospital(Ongole) for my Father's cataract surgery. Both eyes were operated and he is feeling very good now. Doctors are amazing, Dr B.Naga Madhuri gaaru and the hospital staff are very caring, they make the patient very comfortable. The staff are very supportive and all tests are done in an organized way. Everyone from reception to insurance desk to technicians and nurses are very helpful. Follow ups after the cataract surgery are done very diligently. Special thanks to doctor Dr. B.Naga Madhuri garu, who was very approachable and explained the procedures very well and answers all queries politely. I would recommend this hospital for all kinds of eye problems..

These is mail regarding my mother has done left eye contract surgery in Ongole branch on 11/08/23 I have invested 30 k for each eye, My mother getting line in the left eye , if i have contact to Hospital Dtr Getha Madthuri , Doctor is telling to Neti Kasulu there in left eye so it's getting somal line in eye, if asking dtr how much cost has fix in my mother , not answer any thing and telling best lenses has fix it. What is best lenses, if Neti Kasulu in the eye why had she down cataract surgery with out checking properly , does she know the subject about it , I have pay 30 k per each eye but useless in ongole branch Dtr has giving very worst services in Ongole branch, I have believe smart vision I want to there through online . Cataract surgery is free in many hospitals , why I have select for best services in smart vision , I have believe in ur Hospitals , so Geetha Madthuri is not export in eye surgery ,I have understanding that , Give me the solution that, my mother eye , Finally I have lost my version not clear yet . Don't go these hospitals , they are money mindset, Staff has verry trained in hospital here. These dtr doen't any think and doing eye surgery in Ongole for money

very advanced hospital with the technology and also doctors....they take care of patients over good...the entire staff receiving and treating of the patients is very excellent...

It's a good place to cure our eye related problems, doctor is very well mannered and she has a great knowledge on eye treatment.Staff also having good knowledge.

There is no proper information provided by staff. Literally they are money minded. I have medical insurance for cashless treatment. But they are asking cash Instead of cashless. Continuously I had called them about claim status for cashless, but they are lying on it. Even they didn't send mail to medical insurance company. If you want proofs I have that.

Treetment is soo good but staff is not good they are treeting like cheep so I don't like staff behaviour
