Smart Residency - Hotel in Thrissur - Thrissur, India

Ideal location just off the National Highway. As usual the linens were not replaced. Toilet were not cleaned. AC drainage was not working. The lift were seen spitting. They replaced the linens and cleaned toilet. Basically i won't recommend for families..but okay for solo.

Good bar have plenty space for parking and serving also very fast

It was a worst premium bar There is No service by the bartender until half hour Need to wait half hour for an order Bad experience from the stafff And they are not reciving google pay payment

Two bar are available with and without AC, rooms are normal, most people take rooms for drinking only

Good staff behaviour. Fast and accurate service. Neat and clean. Overall it's an exceptional experience.

Date of stay Dec 29' 2019. Good staff. Location is also good. But Very poor management. No hot water in the bathroom. They says you will get breakfast at 7am. But don't expect it, even a cup of coffee. poor quality bedding pillow case seems like very very old. Staff said it's 4 star hotel. But seems like below 1 star. Let the management look into it. after talking at the front desk they reduced Rs200 (but no bill)

Ambience is good..match was on big screen..so it is... But...they dont have MENU to show what they have to serve.. Enough parking...
