Very bad experience with trail rooms . There are 3 rooms 2 are locked and other one has no lock for door .
Billing is too much delay. Having 10 Billing account era here and only 2 are working.its very bad experience with this Management. Not satisfied.. Waste of time.. if you want to spend sometime in AC you can go here. Otherwise it's big waste of Time...
It's not good as offer and quality of clothes billing area always delay, grocery display boards should be visible top side so easily can give direction to customers
The store is good. You can find all basic goods required for a living. Reaching there is also easy, as there's a nearby APSRTC bus stop and you can take an auto from Main Bus Stand.

Its been a long waiting for people of palmaner , as they are fed up with kirana shops spread all over in the town. After the opening of relaince store number of kirana shops in plnr get closed and had no business, because reliance gives good offer and discounts on all products where as the kirana shops won't give any offer or discount for any products they want all the profit to be taken. Now it's been a slap to all those who don't give any discount to customers. Now coming to reliance we had an issue with the store that they are providing paper packing for carrying. Last time my visit to this place was not good as I was carrying sugar from reliance to parking place it was tored and all the sugar went on the floor. I requested the staff to provide govt authorised polythene. Raised complaint atleast two times.Convey my suggestions to manager of relaince store for providing govt authorised polythene covers to carry grocery.
The worst experience ever. Purchased an ice-cream and after billing they are informing that they have no spoons. No proper customer service here. People don't tend to solve customer issues. They could have informed me while Billing, so whoever wants to purchase for home can buy it. They just need every product to be sold out even they don't have proper contents in it.
