For the first time, I have had a good experience with a service centre. Compared to the other providers service centres I would rate this to be the best. The prices were transparent on the website and so I was able to have a view upfront of the cost it will take to repair my phone. It took nearly 3 hours to get my phone serviced but that was also communicated to me before. The staff were very polite to all the customers I had seen in the centre this day. Just a suggestion - there could be a charging point in the centre.

My iPhone 5s was completely dead and I have given the phone for service to local service center but they are not able to fix it and then I approached Smart service center and they have fixed it very next day now my phone is working good. 14-jul-2020 (best in tirunelveli area) I'd visited to replace screen for my mobile. Had called to verify the availability of spare part and service charge, the rough estimation and the service explained on call itself. Mr Prakash is a reliable person, offered best service in terms of service charges, privacy, commitment. I had approached huawei authorised service centre, and few private services centres none of them willing to change the touch glass alone (which costs Rs1800 including front glass), they were insisted to change the glass with lcd (not original cost estimate Rs3,200) I recommend Smart mobile service...
I have given My Redmi Note 5 pro mobile for screen replacement as it was damaged. They have serviced and got my mobile screen replaced with new one in a time span of 2-3hrs. Really good service.
