It's a run down place that is under repair and the photos are old and not accurate. Paint peeling off the walls and ACs not working and burnt out with wires hanging. The place looked horrible and I had to move to another hotel the same night. There is a reason why they don't give refunds. Beware before booking. It's worth maybe 800 to 900 for the AC room. A shared hostel is much better priced.

Recently my sister and Aunt booked a room here. They had a really pathetic experience. The room was really dirty, even the bed sheet had blood on it. The room lock is not working. And the washroom's window was broken. And the hotel authority failed to allocate a new room. At last my relatives quit the hotel and stayed out of the hotel until they found a new Room.

The hotel is good for solo travellers or students. Their is no facility even for drinking water bottles given by the hotel. So need to manage everything by your own. The only best part is the location of this hotel. It's at the centre of the city with everything reachable in few mins.

Its under renovation now, and as of now no fooding service running, old room accessaries to replace and should have better care house keeping , and so the room tarrif seems high. Can find better in this rate.

Very bad experience....room not good washbasin tap not working, congested bathroom and room . Commod is even not fixed proper .we even not seat properly....very bad interior, bathroom not clean and not well maintained, staff not cooperating, giving only pyschologic support , not very helpful, hotwater availablity not proper. No phone in room no locker , no coubord, no space for lagage, only bed that to no proper cleaning ...room cleaning is very bad....do not worth for money....it's horror night stay...i m not happy.

I came to stay , dated 12th July. I paid Rs.1800 for a room. I had given my and my wife's Aadhaar card as identity card while checking in the hotel. There was a receptionist named Zakir who asked us our relation. Even when we told him we were husband and wife, he didn't believe it and asked for our wedding photos and we showed them. But he took our wedding photos in his mobile phone. I have never seen any hotel in my life where wedding photos are requested. The worst experience of my life happened in this hotel. Despite this, after entering the room, I felt that my money was wasted because there was no door latch after entering, so we were stuck inside for 1 hour. And the landline phone to call the reception was switched off. Blood stains on the bed sheet, broken window, closed TV, bad bathroom, bathroom door didn't close. To experience all this, I gave my hard earned 1800 rupees to this hotel. As a proof of all this, we have taken photos of some hotels, which are being posted in the review. Yes, anyone reading this review should not go to this third class hotel even by mistake.

Not a good hotel! Advice don't visit staff is very rude rooms are very dirty no room service for every single stuff you need to go to lobby to much of shouting outside the rooms got 2 cockroach in my rooms It is better if we don't visit this hotel Very very bad experience in my life

The room was perfect for two and the bathrooms were clean.Also the housekeeping was great.In all the hotel is in a great location and is very affordable.
