Best Brand Using from many days. At all time best services received from them with economical charge. the staff there was also very humble and explained every point to my satisfaction. found it to be the best store for gym products at very affordable prices. Service team doing great job and service head alot the service technicians in time for the service
They have acted immediately on the pending service, however there were hiccups in delivering the spare part. The manager was very patient in resolving the issue also reduced the spare part cost to a lesser price. Past : We had problem with the board, Despite calling them several times, we only got extended timelines. We are following up with the company for the last 6-7 months approx. Issue not revolved.
Overall very good experience we have one treadmill of other brand we connected to smart fitness by reference they SCHEDULED and took spare parts for repair and installed and charged for the service as it was very reasonable price also work was perfectly done others vendors also tried but it was not successful as i tried with many vendors from past one yr but smart fitness service did it successfully. Thank you so much I m happy to see my treadmill again.

One of the worst provider of gym equipment. Will never recommend anyone to buy from here. Very poor equipment quality and service too we have purchased full gym equipment for our apartment Garuda vista from them but most of the equipment are faulty. Three repair have being done in a year however everytime we are facing same issue and recently they have taken the equipment for repair but no update since 3 months. Bad quality and Worse service. Please address our issue ASAP.
