Being a beginner myself, I've learned a lot from the trainers, especially from my personal trainer Sandeep Sir about keeping a good posture during workouts and working on my specific weaknesses, and not just doing the usual workout routines followed by pretty much everyone. I went to a few other gyms in Kollam before coming here. This is by far the best maintained gym in Kollam. If you are looking to join. Go for it

One of the best gyms in kollam. Have 3 separate sections for cardio, weights and an open floor which is very spacious and can be used for any floor exercise or other workouts. There are atleast 5 efficient trainers in the gym always who are very helpful. Even if you are a newbie, I would highly recommend this gym to everyone. Keep Grinding

I went to a few other gyms in Kollam before coming here. This is by far the best maintained gym in Kollam, equipped with all the necessary equipment, not to mention the huge floor size of around 4000 sqft, So even during peak hours, you get enough personal space. Go for it.

Excellent customer service. Staffs are friendly. Guided my daughter to reduce her weight without any health issue. If anyone wants to reduce their weight without health issue Smart Fitness is the best place
