Full ac gym. All workout machines are fresh. 3 floors of a good gym.

From my experience what stands out is this gym offers a lot of cardio options which is really good from a fitness perspective...Also the machines are of good quality..personal trainers are available...the fee package is also impressive.

Best gym in kollam which has both Ac and non Ac. A special room for cardio session which will not be seen in any other gym. Trainers are good. Better take personal training other than general training for best results

The ac gym is sooperb...and the normal gym is actually cool

I go here and I love it...go for the A/c one costing 1000 per month it's great.. mostly cuz Ajesh sir our fitness trainer is awesome . He'll guide you to your dream body

Please don't buy supplements from the trainers working there. They might sell you some cheap supplements and charge you more
