So my school had organized an outing to this place and we had such a great time.Its 2 hours away from Mumbai by road.The park is full of greenery comprising of 75000+ trees and different plants.The guides explained everything really well.It had some really nice activity games many of which we couldn't explore because of time restrictions.There are organic farms,rainwater harvesting system,rainforests with artificial water drops dripping on you while you pass it which was really amazing.There are different species of cows and goats.We get to feed them.We also get to make cowdung patties.There is a tractor which takes us on a mini ride around the park.Also,situated in this park is a newsroom where some students become news anchors(we have sheets of papers in front of us out of which we read)and one student is made cameraperson who shoots us and it is aired live in an adjacent dark room where other students watch us.It was really fun.There is a meditation place where you sit inside metal flowers with open roofs and sides.There are also creativity centres where you make stuff out trash.There are other water activities out of which we learn morals.Since,the park is huge we scampered and trekked a lot so by the end of the day we were bone tired. Honestly speaking,my experience here was very rich and priceless.It was just so unconventional and refreshing.We living in big cities really do forget what being among nature feels like.Must visit place for school kids.I couldn't click many moments because I was busy experiencing them.
I visited this place with colleagues and some school kids, to learn and embrace our environment. The motto of the place was to create an eco friendly society, by taking such necessary steps in daily life. Thanks to the management of the place, as they were well trained and knowledgeable. The kids learnt a great deal about -how to save the environment by reducing, reusing and recycling -10 min perspective session; silently listening to the jungle world was an amazing experience -building an eco city model - kids came with great saviour ideas -serving cows and goats, and getting to know about them closely -importance and ways of rain water harvesting and many more. It is must visit place. There were many amongst us who were visiting here for the second time, rather than spending their weekend in a movie theatre or a public place.

It's a gorgeous park! So many trees and plants. The activities for children are really interesting, and the aesthetic and environment is amazing for adults. They also have vegetable and herb gardens and all the food is organic. All in all it was an amazing experience.
Hi ,we had celebrated our daughter's 10th birthday with a group of 35 kids . I must say that the experience that each child had was amazing. Each child had gained pool of knowledge on rain water harvesting . Also the the escapalogy game which was arranged by the team was amazing kids loved it the most . Surjit and Nirav were always around us sharing lot of knowledge. The food offered was very tasty as per kids taste . Kids enjoyed the candyfloss and ice cream surprise. Thanks Smart Eco Park for making my daughters birthday the most memorable one.
An experience in itself, I have been working with international schools and it's been 3 consecutive years that have taken students to this place. They have activities belonging to all age groups and it intergrates well with most of the units of Inquiry. Other than the activities I think most important is hygiene and food which one has to look into while planning a trip with students. Well be rest assured the food is of excellent quality, all age groups frm 5-12 enjoyed the food thoroughly no complaints the day after. We had a few frogs visit us in the washroom but that was understandable considering the greenery around. I absolutely love this place and would recommend all schools to visit it. Hope we plan a trip next year too.
This place is amazing! Visited twice so far, and very impressed by the effort and thought that has gone into planning and maintaining each element of the place. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgable. Schools should definitely include such methods of learning in their curriculum. My favourites were Dreamcatchers (highly recommended), animal barn and peace gardens. Felt like I was in a different world!
Had a great experience for a day trip at smart eco park... The place is a great learning experience for kids with various activities like rain water harvesting explained to them in a practical manner. The staff is also very cordial and cooperative. The food is also delicious. Would definitely recommend the place.
