Smart Bazar Silchar Goldighi Municipal Mall - Hypermarket in Silchar - Cachar, India

Quite a good and big mall , most of the required and latest branded products and modern clothing are available but it's a matter of concern for parking space.

Very nice and good place for shopping, different brand of clothes, shoes, chappal, also toy car, bike, bicycle for kids are available.KFC, Domino's Pizza also available. And staff are also very good and helpful..

if I have to rate you guys i would have given you a 0 star rating but I can't because that's how this system work . Today when my mom went to a store named 'Zara fashion' she was just seeing the stuffs that was there when she didn't like any of those stuffs. When she was leaving the store the store's manager said to my mom that if you don't have money then why did you come to our store(in bangla). I request to the head to take some actions against them thank you.

This is to bring to your notice that Smart Bazaar Silchar, situated in the goldighi mall is totally a chaos and has no proper service for billing. Yesterday I was in the queue for almost an hour and didn't get to do the billing for the products. There was guy with a black mask who operating , unfortunately couldn't get to know his name , he denied my queue line asking me to come from the other line. Is this how you treat your customers ? The other person who was behind me was also protesting the same but he didn't give damn to our complaint. Please take a proper measure and please ask your staff to be a little polite. I'm gonna rate negative in the Google for Reliance Smart Bazar. Thank you

Worst. Earlier visited once. It was soso but I rated 5 star. Today at entrance they took our other purchases and gave us a ticket saying at time of departure please collect. We went first floor to the ladies garment section and we searched jeans. But there was nothing as per our choice. We came ground floor. And came to the locker room to collect our things but the ill mannered incharge clearly said we must go out of the mall and then at the door step of the entrance should ask for the things. Otherwise we can contact Manager. We searched the manager to the entire Smart Bazar but did not find any person as manager. Then when we were coming out through the exit near the cash counter suddenly that boy grabbed my husbands hand and again started quarreling saying this is not exist. You should not go through this. It's very much insulting when a boy touch physically. Again they shouted to call manager but there was no one. We came out because in this age we can not give chance to people to laugh at us. We totally came out of GolDighi Mall and from the door step ask for our things which we purchased from Citicart and other malls. We lost our charm of the evening and with disappointed heart returned home back. So I am withdrawing five star review. I will never visit Smart Bazar, Goldighi Mall. It's worst experience of my life.

Am good with the collection but the problem is they dont keep the trolleys for the public, which is supposed to be, rather use them for their own purpose hence customers have to use the buskets...after a long time, i got an empty trolley today. Rest am okay with everything else.

Loved the mehendi design, even got dark stain, one must have mehendi from there
