Big Bazaar is one of the most visited and popular shopping places to shop in Goa. This supermarket is situated inside Mall de Goa. It has quality items right from food, fashion, lifestyle and many more. Just be alert enough to check the products which are heavily discounted. Would advise you to carry your shopping bag or else you can buy one at 20rs while checking out.

Situated in Mall de Goa Ground Floor & First floor.Pros :- Most items are discounted and low priced (if available). Cons:- Long queues for checkout,most of the counters are unmanned.It will take atleast 20-30 minutes for checkout.Most items are out of stock usually.Restocking takes place when store is crowded which is very irritating.Currently renovation works are going on so suggest not to go for atleast 2 weeks from now. Last but not the least,some organisation is collecting donations and their staff members are all over the store and requesting for donation every 5 minutes which is annoying and irritating.We trust reliance and go there for shopping not for giving donations,that can be done at another time.Pathetic management in this aspect from reliance.

You get reasonably priced and higher too.. Visit now time till Diwali..if you are lucky might pickup some cotton staff at reasonable price..save the bill then can exchange within 14 days..A bit tiring but good almost all shopping..

Good deals on grocery however avoid on weekends since the checkout line is never ending. The billing counter staff is slow. Some of the items don't get updated on the system and after waiting for a long while in the queue they tell you they can't bill the items while they display the same on the shelf which aren't updated on their systems.

It's always fun shopping here as you can get practically everything on discount. I get carried away buying that I end up with things I don't need

Good store but not good management! Clothes department is unacceptable: more than needed stuff just waking around, not keep straight racks, cleaning fitting rooms or assist shoppers. Big price sign on the dummy were incorrect at one visit. Spend 10 minutes to find out real t-shirt price. At another visit asking for snicker size needed and get ansfer "look at shelves, all that we have there". Try to pay for 2 same kind bot different size T-shirts but price for one of them was not found in the cashier computer. Total 4 stuff included department manager trying to assist and at the end told to leave item and come in 3 days because they don't know how to adjust price. Thanks for cashier, she was so patient all 50 minutes that we stay at her register. Visit the store several time, only 3 -5 pay register open. So line for cashier too long. Only one register process international credit card. Cashier scan item than transfer bill to this register and you have to wait when that register will be available. At least sign should be placed. Had another trip: no clear price tag on men clothes department. Took over 20 min till two stuff member find price which was different than sign on the rack. Still problem with card reader. Register that used for international card before not except it now. Management don't know where it moved and try to check two more register till find right one. Another two trips here. Sunday, big shopping day: not much customers at floors, most of them in huge line to pay for purchases. Only 5 register ot of 12 working. Tuesday: rice on promo Buy 1 get 2 free - not found at computer. Spend about 15 min waiting for help from manager for manual processing.
