Smart Bazaar - Hypermarket in Krishnanagar - Nadia, India

Some of the staffs behaves well but some of the old big bazaar staffs thinks themselves as god or something. They behaves as if they own the store and buying from there we are causing nuisance to them. The manager needs to teach the employees basic etiquette and how to behave when customer comes. And did i forgot to mention these staffs are too good in gossiping and making rumors about people and they are so occupied in it they gets irritated if you ask any help . I felt too bad to disturb them . Also some of them are very rude ... freaking rude. I got some issues with the item twice , i asked to change the female cashier objected even when the manager understood the issue and explaining what to do . Like am i supposed to use a damaged item just because i didn't notice it was damaged before billing? That female cashier has objections and thinks she is the centre of Attention and we all need to pamper her. Truly hated my experience there.

Bad experience... Noncooperative staff... Refused Home delivery... Relienc store at Pandit LK Maitra road is much better.Home Delivery is available for shopping more than 1500 Rs... But this store demands shopping more than 2000 rs to deliver at home...at the time of billing... Never expected such disappointment @Reliance.

This place is very spacious and good for family outing. Stock availability is good. Grocery items are priority. Clothes and domestic items are limited. Anyone will enjoy the time spend here. So, it's a must visit place for outing and groceries.

Superb place for shopping.staffs are maintaining safety precautions as per government guidelines. Rest safety is in your hand. Try not to touch stuffs which you are not likely to buy.

Editing my review after Reliance acquired this store. It was really great during the Big Bazaar era. They really need to open more billing counters. Most of the time only one billing counter is open.

Everything is well decorated. Atmosphere is also good. There are ift facilities inside it. All staff behaviour is good. SVF cinema hall is inside it. I like it

Staf were very less things and packing metirials were hear and there things fell down and no staf reacted to it Out of 6 billing only one is working and staff is rude and lack of ventilation
