Always check invoice. These people sometimes charge over mrp. This item was on flat 50%. All the counter persons refused to give 50rs. They don't even listen to their manager

Good for grocery shopping and daily needs. But long ques. Best side is the helpful staff that guide you to exact aisle for your needs. Good variety.

Tempting place. When you get all the stuff under one roof, that feeling trigger you to move out of budget to access all the needful that too at a huge discount provided. Overall great experience of quality products and that too affordable.

Pathetic.The service provided at the store is highly unsatisfactory. The sales staff appears disinterested in promoting the products and, when inquired about item prices, they redirect customers to the billing counter with minimal courtesy. Additionally, there is an absence of a managerial presence, leading to poor overall management. Many items lack displayed discounted prices, and the unavailability of scanners with the staff further compounds the issue. This experience has been quite unpleasant.

This is good store, but management is very poor. Items are not arranged properly. Managerial staff not supporting. I was collected all materials to purchase while billing due to some software issue rate of pulses were showing more or less discount. Billing clerk was also helpless. Dealing manager doesn't know how to behave with customer. I wasn't interested to purchase. But later some senior manager request and assure for better arrangements. Than I purchased for Rs 7ooo.oo. When I say that I am not going to purchase man assisting came and say ok no problem. Store requires more space, Well trained and efficient staff at management and supervision lavel.

Their billing machines don't work properly. They don't have any backup for electricity. I was there and picked everything I needed along with several other customers but when reached on billing counter their billing system was not working. And after waiting for 1 hour there billing system was not working and I and several other customers have to leave their cart. Very bad experience

A great place to visit for pocket friendly shopping. I recently visited wave Mall Jammu for shopping at Puma store.I spent almost 31 thousand to buy 2 pairs of shorts and trouser. Then someone suggested me this palce. It is a heaven for pocket friendly expenditure where one can buy a ton of stuff in less than 20 k. I almost got a dozen shirts and trousers for some 24 k. The staff there is a lot supportive and one can find a lot of choice than most of the showrooms. My only concern was the parking space which was a bit congested. Otherwise I recommend everyone to visit the place.

Unorganized Billing Desk. where the Billing takes more time then shopping. Irresponsible and Ignorant staff at Billing desk. Rate of articles are quite genuine somewhat equivalent to BEST PRICE Jammu. Entry point of mall is Odd type. Parking facility available both for 4 wheelers & 2 Wheelers also.
