Smart Bazaar (Orbit Mall) - Supermarket in Kolkata - 24 Paraganas South, India

It's a convenience store with all kinds of variety of products from electronic appliances to fashion apparels and food and beverage items.. The overall mall has 4 floors with excellent collection of items within sections and great discounts on almost everything. They also have underground parking which is quite spacious and very easy access from the cash counter..

We went there for apparel and electronics shopping. There were a lot of options of electronics in each sector. The Workers in the electronic section were friendly and assisted us but the workers in the clothing should be more friendly and help customers. AC doesn't work properly and there are only a few trail rooms available. Although the prices of clothes were quite good. Kurtas were starting at Rs 599 and track pants at 499.

The mall is very old one. Good stock and wide variety. Entrance through basement parking is easily accessible but not cleaned enough.

Great deal offered for monthly shoppers. Neal & tidy place. Help & responsive help desk. Parking available at the side of the entrance. Grocery on the ground floor. Ladies fashion on the first floor. Men & kids fashion on the second floor. Electronic & household items third floor. Bill is available on each floor. Variety of items is available. It has a small food area for munching. Toilet & trail rooms are clean.

It is a great place for shopping. It has various collections of bag, dress, shoe, furniture etc. Food quality is not good enough. The price is cheap here. Parking and delivery charge is free. This Big Bazaar is located near Vidyasagar more. 10 minutes walking distance from Vidyasagar more. There is a rickshaw stand beside this Big Bazaar.

Staff behaviour is really nice. Availability of products is so so. Otherwise Smart bazaar Orbit Mall is a must visit.

A one stop shop for all your needs. Groceries , clothing , electronics etc. But staff support is somewhere they should definitely work on. Lack of adequate staff is a problem. The same person who is billing is also packing the products into the bag. Checking out is a headache here even durring a weekday morning.

Complete family store for shopping. Having lots of variety in daily needs and garments and electronics.
