The Reliance Smart Bazaar is a Grocery Store in Diamond Plaza with a Variety of Products and Useful Items It is a good place for shopping for the house and the family, and this shop has many good items to buy However, the Air Conditioner in this Store is very weak, and so this store is not as Cold as the other stores, so sometimes it may feel a bit too hot and humid.

I found the staffs to be extremely rude and unprofessional. They keep products in the second floor, they have billing counters there but they don't bill products there. They don't even have counters for billing less number of products. They make people buying 3-5 products stand in the same queue with people buying groceries, not valuing time of customers. The outlet do not have any customer care desk and the staffs are illbehaved. I have attached the image of the staff who misbehaved and didn't co-operate. I couldn't buy my products

Very cunning. Misinformation. They want you to spend 2000 rupees so you can buy 1 kg of sugar for extra 9 rupees. I am so surprised and happy that I got such a wonderful offer. I mean, seriously!! Where else Can you get such excellent offers?

Service very slow staff is not responding... Cash counter staff is not skilled.. Thay taking time for billing.. Only two cash counter is open Others are closed.. Without any reason

I shop quite a lot from this place. Big bazar had been taken over by reliance and now it's Smart Bazar at 2nd floor of Diamond Plaza.Here you get everything on deals from kitchen appliances,decor items,groceries,clothes everything. I could have given 5 star but the billing section is pathetic! Please take new staffs for the billing section. Most of the time only one counter is working and customer is huge.The Que is huge and it is taking a lot of time for everyone.please look into the matter other than that everything is good.

Reasonable and Affordable Prices! If someone is Looking for a Phrase like in the above, then this place is certainly for you. Starting from Groceries, Clothing and Dairy items everything is available here at a much discountable rates. Moreover, if you cannot visit the store then you can also order online as well. Shopping has been truly made much more easier. Ain't it? :')

I have never met any such unprofessional and lazy attendants and cashiers untill I visited Smart Bazaar DP today. The whole experience was one of the worst among my supermarket visits in India and abroad. Starting from unavailability of trolley (almost all were occupied with their own stock), till the billing method was unpleasant. Their billing computer failed twice while on a queue, the staff were slow and nobody present to pack items (you have to pack yourself). Then they forgot to bill the carrybags (yes, they charge 25 per piece) and I had to come all the way back to the billing desk and wait until a separate bill was generated. Huge waste of time and I regret why I didn't choose a shopping app to get things delivered home instead of being there.

Loads of items with surprising prices and offers. The price is low compared to other supermarkets or online platforms as I have compared for household goods. Saw few relatively unknown brands which we tried and have satisfied results. This used to be big bazaar and now after the takeover converted into smart bazaar. Now it's good for family grocery items and household goods. Earlier clothing options were quite good which presently lack varieties and options. Overall it is good for nearby customers as they also deliver with a minimum cost. Pros: 1. Lots of variety for household items and groceries with good discounts. 2. Minimum delivery charge after a certain amount. Cons: 1. Lack of varieties in the clothing section comparing old big bazaar. ( I guess since they have reliance smart for clothing) 2. Billing process was really slow and you have to wait almost an hour sometimes. Number of qualified stuff for billing seems less as most of them don't know proper process and ask for their superior most of the time which will kill your time. 3. Since they have two different floors, some items can't be billed in some floors, which nobody guides you and after a long wait you will know that you have to repeat the same process in another floor. Please be aware of that.
