Necessary things from stationary to clothes to linen as well as food items are there too for affordable prices. They always have some offer available. They have good offers on groceries and utilities. They offers cloths and kitchen accessories too. One big issue is the billing queues. They usually have huge billing queues due to multiple billing points being closed, which in turn takes about 20-25 minutes just for billing resulting in small shoppers leaving the store. Beware of coupon distribution inside or outside, just don't give your mobile number, to avoid unwanted calls.

It was my second visit and it went much worse than my last visit here. The place was too crowded plus the extra employees added more fuel to the fire. The line at the counter was so long and slow, I literally had to wait for approx 30 minutes to get the bill. There were also many broken counters. The service isn't smooth either. Even the lights were going on and off. I noticed that the clothing section was leveled up when it comes to the price. Things got more expensive than before. The grocery floor that is on the second floor was especially messy. They didn't even care to restock the dragon fruit it looked nearly dead alone. Needs improvement in cleanliness and organization. Whereas the floor above it was almost empty. There wasn't much to explore. The departments are still vacant. The only section which was new was the candy world. In conclusion, me and my mother were convinced that the big bazaar was better and more convenient as compared to the smart bazaar.

This place had more foot-falls when it was BIG BAZAAR, later Kishore Biyani sold Future retail to Reliance. I think that dining section, gaming section, were the main cause of more customers initially, tech section is also missing from this. Outside hoarding being empty giving it an incomplete look. Should take care of their presentation.

I visited the place yesterday on 9th Oct 2023 and your female employee at bag counter was not at all professional. She was very rude and didnt know how to talk to customers. She behaved very rudely with me . I am too a working professional women and this type of non sense is unbearable. U guys better need to employee good persons

Amazing Place to shop everything you want. Amazing offers and discounts available during festivals. Food are at its best quality. New stocks of clothes are updated every 2 weeks. I won't recommend buying digital equipments from here.
