Majestic Ambiance, Disappointing Service I recently visited S M Silks and Sarees at Chanaganshery, drawn in by its grand exterior and regal aura. The large building exuded a royal charm, promising an opulent shopping experience for traditional clothing enthusiasts like me. The sheer variety of clothes available was impressive, with an extensive collection that seemed to cater to every taste. However, my excitement was dampened by the disappointing customer service I encountered. Despite the store's grand appearance, the staff's attitude left much to be desired. I found them to be unhelpful and indifferent, showing a lack of interest in assisting customers. This was particularly disappointing considering the reputation that such stores usually uphold. While the store's grandeur and extensive collection of clothes are certainly noteworthy, it's crucial to address the glaring issue of poor customer service. The contrast between the majestic ambiance and the subpar treatment by the staff was quite jarring. If S M Silks and Sarees wishes to truly provide a luxurious shopping experience, they should focus on improving their customer service and ensuring that visitors feel valued and well-assisted throughout their shopping journey.

The shop was one of the best cloth centres which I had. However, today's visit made me disappointed. Especially customer service was poor. Staffs are not interesting to assist us. They are simply sitting and chatting with each other. I thought to buy more clothes as we live 35 kms away from the shop. But, my mind was changed because of poor attitudes of staffs. I feel that they're doing this intentionally as some issues with their management. While I'm checking the review, most of them went through the same situation. It's a request to provide good services to the customers.

If u have time then you can visit sm silks otherwise u have to spend a whole day to find some one to help you to find a shirt or jatty for u Bros don't go with ur lady

Very much affordable. Many collections too. Some staff are not cooperative, that's a negative. Ample parking available on opposite side in the front, security will guide. Security staffs are all nice and friendly.

Billing need to be fast. No gpay accepting the day I visited. I waited in big que for settling but that time gpay not accepting. They didn't give me any solution. Im not able to buy anything. Return the the things I purchased. But I am regular customer.

We can purchase affordable clothes from there. But the customer service is very poor. The textile has adequate parking area.

Better selling price and great offers for clothes.Most of workers are Tamil people who are so good in behaviour and nice care for customers.Trial rooms are there .

Very bad experience I got. Sm sales people's are very lazy I think. No proper response. Behavior was not good. Customer mingling not done properly. Cloth also self handing already my weight is underweight they are told carry your clothes iam taken for whole family members 10 saree taken at one bascut alone. Very bad
