It is mainly suitable for village people. Hall is not spacious. Washing area is not hygienically maintained. There is no Air conditioner. There is no parking space for vehicles.people need to park their vehicles in service road itself..

positive : placed on the high ways in a service road parking is quit ok for car and good for bikes having a bus stand in 100 meters finds to be good maintained cleanly wash area is clean and neat people in close by area plane for it for family functions..
Very useful for birthday party... Engagement.. And marriage functions... But limited space... Not air conditioning... Steps provided is very small in size for getting first floor....
Nice Mahal, good for 300 people. And 200 people can dine at a same time. But need to prove the hygiene little further. And it is situated in NH46 easily identifiable and easily accessible.
Good for small functions, budget friendly. No separate car parking, but as the party hall is near to GST road, we can park in service road. Easyly accessible from melavalampettai bus stop. Melavalampettai is also called as kakilapetai. But buses between Chengalpattu to Madurantakam only stops here. If anyone wants to go Chennai, they can get bus from Madurantakam Bypass, which is almost 2 or 3 KM from melavalampettai.
In the village, it is okay. Not spacious, the seating arrangement, dining hall are not so neat. May not be suitable for people expecting hygiene environment. Parking is small can accommodate 15 cars.
